Nope no internal work required to gain the same power as stated above. Weld an AN6 male bung into fuel tank feed and bolt everything I have on, plug in ecu and that's it! Of course the turbo needs fixed too before doing this but price reflects that. People put thicker head gasket on so they can up the boost to around 0.7 bar but then you are loosing the benefits of the high compression engine. Entirely down to preference. Turbo doesn't give crazy power to these engines due to low boost but gives a completely different feel to them when driving which I will miss.
Cracked exhaust housing around the wastegate just. Few internal hairline cracks on manifold too which didn't really affect it but just being honset.
What way does the fuel line return to the tank. Is it through the top of the fuel pump assembly and have you the jet pump killer with it ?
Had an an fitting welded to the fuel filling neck under the passenger rear wheel. Can try and get a picture of it at some point if you would like. And no never had a jet pump killer fitted to the car.
