FAQs

Q. Can I get an OTR price / Deal ?

A. No, We export only. You can work out the import costs by reading through this FAQ - if your stuck i can try and help you.

Q. Does the Price include Shipping?

A. No. Shipping is approx £400 to the UK / Ireland

Q. Is there any charges on top of the FOB Costs?

A. Yes. 10% tax and 15% Vat on top of the FOB + Shipping Costs and around £100 clearance fees at your port in the UK.

Q. What is FOB?

A. F.O.B means 'free on board', it's the all up cost of the vehicle to the point where it is put on board ship in Japan bound for destination country. Included, are the vehicle purchase cost, auction fee, trans- port & handling within Japan, de-registration and document processing fees and the export agents fee

Q. Can I access the stock on your site

A. Access to the stock page on the site is dealer only. Please apply if you meet that Criteria

Q. Have the cars got Warranties?

A. No, these are drift cars and you have to assume they have some drift use. I try to be as accurate with descriptions as possible so you know what needs done in the UK.

Q. Are they UK Spec when sold?

A. No if you buy direct from me you have to Fit Foglight, Recalibrate Speedo and prepare for MOT.

Q. Do i need a SVA test?

A. No all cars are 10 year old so do not require a SVA (Unless otherwise stated in Description)

Q. Can you supply other JDM cars?

A. Yes if its available here we can supply it. We also specailse in other modified cars such as GTRs, Supra and just about anything intertesting here!

There are clearing agents in each port who do all the paperwork for you. You just pay them and they sort it all for you. Costst £50 - £100 Usually.

Things will only start rolling after we receive confirmation of payment. After that we prep the car in a matter of a couple of days. Any additional tuning work will offcourse extend that time.

After that its a case of awaiting space on a ship. Factors that effect this (and are entirely out of our hands):
  • Shipping Schedules
  • Destination Country
  • Shipping Type (RO RO / Container)
  • Available Space

Normally we can ship cars to UK/Ireland pretty quick IE less than 8 weeks from purchase but it can take a little longer sometimes with cars going to Nordic countries, mainland Europe Etc. We always do our best to move the cars ASAP as we need the space as much as the customers want the cars!

Australia and NZ are normally quick due to the abundnace of ships and spaces heading there.

Good Question.

Answer is no basically. We do everything to avoid that.

That includes
  • Raising suspension
  • Turning down boost
  • Hiding all aftermarket Parts inside the car
  • Use trusted transport companies this end

We have a very low instance of theft and when it happens its in the European ports.
