Hey I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make a removable front bumper and fasteners to clip it back in ?

cut the bumper off, drill two wholes on either side of the bumper where the wheel arch is (if this makes sense) then use solder as a substitute for cable ties, its strong enough to hold the bumper on but if you hit anything it comes off like in real life. sorry if this doesnt make sense.

It'll look nasty though...

I'd cut the bumper off, then use double sided tape to stick in a lexan strip that pokes out, leaving enough room for you to velcro the bumper on, it only needs to be a small lip. To get the shut lines correct, just build up the double sided tape.

Use rare earth magnets to attach bumper, easy on when ya hit it will come off.
