New SJSdemo car R34

After a change of mind after looking at R33's we picked this up and i'm very happy with the choice

R34 GTT 2dr in white with some nice extras as a new canvass for our main demo car

I'll update this thread as things change.

Car will be having new body kit we thought full URAS D1 spec would look rather good

New design is in the works for the graphics but i'm rather busy with other car projects to get on it and i want something pretty special that yet again shows what can be done with vinyl these days.

Any recommendations what to do with the wheels?? Can't decide if i like them!

Not sure what to do about the rear wing i have GTR one here, but was thinking maybe a LOW carbon wing maybe also painted white OR leave the wing off??

Well heres how she looks at the mo

Cheers

Si

A design idea ive been working on, comments welcome

Noice, but why ruin it going for the Uras drift look yo.

If its going to be a Demo car why don't you go for something tasteful and non wank looking.

Cheers Ant, ive got a few ideas i'm toying with as always!

The gripper is staying mate although Mark here at SJS will be behind the wheel

Ive looked at all sorts of aero and Uras is really the only one that grabs. But i'm open to ideas. Dont like the JUN style and dont want it looking like a GTR

You will go down in history for your pioneering originality

Have you considered fitting some headlamp strobes too? Perhaps they might work well and stand out from the crowd

I'm laughing my socks off at the thought of ruining that gorgeous car with wedge kits lol. Surely the idea is to stand out, if you hovercraft it you will just blend in with the crowd And the car could be so gooooood.

Agree with Mike on this one URAS has been done to death, plus it only ever looks ok if your 1/2" off the ground which i'm guessing you want to drive the car rather than trailer it to events so isn't possible.

The only hovercrafty kit that looks good:

What about just going for really aggressive fitment on the wheels with flared rears and wider front arches?

Ive looked around and there is not much in the way of Kits for the R34 the BN kit is nice but its dam expenisve even at cost to us...

The skirts on it are just not right at the mo and it needs a new front bumper.

In you own way Mike i know you were saying try something different Its what we can do with it with whats available. Yes i would like it looking drift rather than track and i know that you will hate the graphics but that is what we do best.

If anyone knows other kits available then let me know.

I really didnt think there were to many Uras kitted R34's in the UK

Like the ideas Cranky, but something has to be done with existing aero.

Cheers

Si
