|  SJSdesign 2000+ Sq/ft Unit secured!
As of today we are sorting out the details to make the leap from our home based business (we are bursting at the seems) to a more practical Business Unit and i'm very excited!  Based only 5-10 mins away from where we are now In Chelmsford Essex in the Village of Great leighs. We seriously need more space and with this Unit we can work on a number of cars and even have enough room to do a full Artic lorry under cover! I have a couple of mates who will using the unit as well, both VERY competent Mechanics, who will take on work for people. We also have on site a Bodyshop/Painters Staineless steel/metal fabricators Loads and loads of parking for cars, trailers, and there is a huge patch of grass/concrete out the front where we have permission to hold Opendays, Meets, gatherings etc (as long as all behave of course)  Full 24 security (guard lives on the grounds) Barriers, and cameras all over the place. No restrictons on hours worked or noise limits All very very cool and its going to be fantastic, with room to expand off of it later all under the one roof. Just a quick 3d Mock up of what it will hopefully look like, MX5 were the first thing i had to hand ha ha. This is only the main area theres much more  Working on being next month, but may be working from both places for a while. Cheers Si and the Team
