One more call and Im cancelling my Insurance.

Over the last few months Iv been getting called from the Sky Insurance team to tell me that "I have cancelled the payment to Sky" - I was told that I would be charged for this the first time until I explained.. That I have no idea what your on about.
I was told that It was rejected BY THE BANK.

I phoned the bank, Who told me that was aload of rubbish.

I phoned back and explained the situation. To avoid beng CHARGED I paid over the phone. Now, The direct debit is and always has been setup to come out just after Iam paid to ensure this kind of thing does not happen and in all the years of driving I have never once had this problem.
I confirmed all my bank details to ensure there was no problems.

1 month later. Another phone call. Same thing lol. I tried to explain the best I could, that this had happened the month prior.. however Iam afraid when I was told I would be charged for this, I lost my cool As I dont think it was fair.

Eventually I ended up paying again over the phone as money being there was not the problem! I explained I had plenty of cash as id been paid (as usual) just before.. I also relised it had gone up, and no one informed me ¬_¬' anyway.. I then changed my bank details to another account to make sure this wouldnt happen again.

I hate to rant on etc, but im just saying.. its due for the next payment in the next week/few days I believe as we get closer to pay day and, I get a phone call to tell me, that I do not have money to pay it and I will be getting charged, or that the bank has rejected it. I will be cancelling my insurance instantly.

Basically, Id like it sorted out as the lady (the second time) was tring to be pretty sarky and I was not in the mood for that. The thing I find weird is, I had no problems UNTIL I phoned Sky Insurance to inform them that someone drove into me.. then my rate goes up, because IAM A HIGHER RISK...? That is not logical to me ¬_¬

I had the higher risk lecture from my old insurers and it ended up costing me more because of the time spent argueing on the phone.
I claimed on someone elses insurance after they wrote off my car when i wasnt even in it and come renewal time my insurance had gone up by about £450.
Even though it was not my fault and the other drivers insurance were the ones that paid.
It wasnt sky insurance btw. But im presuming they are doing the same.

We do not load for non fault claims but we do load for pending claims, as do all insurers.

I'll answer the rest when I hear from Mint but I'd like to make one point here, we get heavily moaned at it if we cancel a customer's policy, from what I can see in this case, when we pull out all the stops to contact the customer to make sure payments are going through and policies are kept active, we have still being criticised.
