Do you insure cars with Roll cages now? Might be worth clarifying to save people wasting their time calling up. I had to end my policy with you as you wouldnt insure cars with cages ...

...and the fact that you wanted £1300 to insure the AE86 when everyone else wanted £350

Hi, we can insure cars with cages , this can be dependant on the risk though.

Without checking your details I would imagine the huge difference in price may be down to the £350 being for a classic car policy?

Hi, I'm not sure where that came from but you are incorrect.

We had a case in the last couple of days where a customer approached us for a quote on a modified Impreza WR1. Imprezas are one of the highest risk cars in the UK. We were unable to offer insurance to the customer as he had two fault claims in the last year including having a £12k payout for a Civic Type R being stolen from his driveway. The type of car and and the two claims were the stopping factors. I'm presuming you are thinking about this case and have picked it up on it from one of our other affiliated clubs.

Insurance is all about the individual at the end of the day.

Hi, sorry mate... no insurance company does 6 month policies. We do have a company which does short term insurance but they wouldn't be able to do it for a 6 month period.

Cheers

Hi,.

in response to the two posts above, we are unable to offer you insurance unless you are aged 19 and over.

Apologies

Spoken to these guys before, very friendly and helpful, know their cars too. Its just a pity they couldn't get close to what I got quoted elsewhere as from what I've seen customer service is spot on.

hi, i'll be thinking about buying a nissan skyline r32 gts-t at the end of the year, would you insure a 21 year old with 3 years driving experience 0 ncb but been insured as a named driver on a policy since being 17?? the car would be standard apart from an exhaust, air filter, coilovers, lsd, bodykit and a set of alloy wheels?? car would be at ch8 postcode.

cheers

Without having all of your details and running a quote though our systems it is very hard to say. I'll drop you a PM
