Just called up for a few quotes (as insurance is helping decide my car at the moment). The guy I spoke to was really helpful (which is the point of this post really) but the quotes were HUGE! I know I'm not going to get small quotes for some of the vehicles I'm looking at as the cars themselves are pretty big, but didn't think working abroad for 4 years was going to make such a huge difference to my insurance.

Anyway, like I said... was just 'bigging' up the guys you've got answering the phones really.

just off the phone

and was told that because of my age group minimum policy on a modified car is £600 I am 24 so a little surprising really

you guys have actually given me my highest quote yet of £1396

can you offer a 2 day policy just so i can get the car to the MOT and back?

i cant get cover as the car doesnt have a UK Registration and is an import that isnt listed on the website!

yeah following the last but 1 post im 19 with a 316 touring and they wanted 1900 quid lol 'yeah rite' jog on sky insurance

haha sucks to be you edd my fully comp insurance is only 75 quid a year!

you cant expect a insurance company to look at you being 19 and say " i think we should let this guy off he wont be a liability" if your under 25 your going to pay through the nose mate cos lets face it you personally cant drive lol. I got a quote off them for a bmw 335i, they wernt the best quote so i didn't take the insurance. believe me i WILL give them a ring when i get a soarer!
