    Evening all,

I'm trying to locate an adaptor for the Nissan Consult port to enable the connection of an OBDII (OBD2) device.
I've done some serious Googling and found several forums talking about the adaptors and having them fitted, but nothing suggesting where to pick them up.

    Any help and information appreciated...

    Thanks,
    J.

i can't imagine that working, consult is a different protocol to obd2. that's like trying to find an adapter to play a dvd on a vhs player, as far as i know the only way round it would be to have something to convert the clock and data signals, and there's really no need when a usb consult cable is £30 and scantech nissan/nissan datascan/srtalk/tecu/ecutalk/conzult/calumsult are free or cheap.

Ahhhh cheers fella, good analogy there with the DVD/VHS thingymijig.
It's a crapper though, as that isn't the answer I was hoping for hah. I have an OBD device / data analyser that I was looking to hook-up until I went to connect it and was like, ummm yup that ain't gonna work
