How much oil should squirt from oil feed when cranking?

Hiya,
Taking the turbo off again and want to check everything.
If I crank the engine with the turbo off and CAS sensor off, should oil shoot out, drip out etc? What should I expect?

Also, should I have a restrictor of sorts, or no such worries on T28?

it should gush out as you crank build up pressure but not fly out, no need for a restrictor on standard t28 turbo
