Failed Emissions JZX100

I had just had my MK11 JZX100 in for it's mot and it failed the emission test miserably on everything . Does anyone have an idea what i could do to fix it. It does have a cat on it. Could it have anything to do with it being mapped for 100 ron fuel?

Required, My Reading
CO 0.300, 9.215
HC 200, 515
Lambda 0.970-1.030, 0.750

possible i guess. but you are soooooo far out i dont think it can be done. i dont condone it but some MOT testers offer deluxe MOT tests for £20-£30 more than the standard test nudge nudge wink wink etc.

You could do it with the PFC, running it properly mentally lean etc.

But thats a ballache, friendly MOT testers rock, my JZX81 gives you cancer from just looking at the tailpipe, never mint passing emissions.

I've never had either of my Silvias tested for emissions because there isn't a benchmark test for that model.

what age? if you have a picky mot tester and the car is pre 97 you need to pass a non cat test, if post there is a standardised limit thingy, regardless of benchmarks.

Thought it was 2.5% or 3.5% CO (i forget) non-cat regardless unless mentally old?

My '94 Chaser's just passed the MOT and it hasn't got a cat, the computer didn't know what it was so it just went through on the non-cat test.

I'd suspect the lamda's or something else is faulty if the emissions are that bad

It's a 97 i've got. There is a bit of white smoke coming out the exhaust and i've just had the turbo rebuilt but can't run it in till i get it mot'd and registered

My 100 had the cat in the original downpipe, and a stainless system after that. It failed it's emissions too.

Is Lochgelly, fife, too far from you? Might have a suitable MOT tester that way if you contact Chizfab...

My cars would probably pass anyway with them being ancient and non-turbo, but I havn't had any cars emission tested for years
