Help ca18det blowing head gaskets

I have a prob with my ca18det it keeps blowing head gaskets after a few hours of driving it has done it twice now its blowing the gasket out over the water ways on no.4 i had the head skimmed each time and the block is flat i just dont understand no. 3 and 4 are running leaner than 1 and 2 could this be linked
please help as i have run out of ideas

I'm not sure what it could be, but what gaskets are you using?

im using a gasket set that a engenering place got me and i use new bolts both times but i dont get why the cylinder pressure is so high in no.4 to blow it out

give me a call mate if you get stuck. been working with and tuning CA's for a decade. Sounds like your head needs skimming or atleast checking for definite.

Dont slap another gasket on it until you get your engineering shop or your mechanic to check it.

for big boost and NON standard applications there is nothing wrong with you going OVER what the book says mate.
