help needed asap....................?

i have tein super street coilovers and need help with the damper setting...

Q: how do i set them so they are as hard as possible i have the alen key for the top but im unsure witch way you turn them and also if the thread needs to be moved in or out the bit with the 8mm on it....

p.s sorry for the lame description lol
