Sounds like a shock has gone.
Is it kinda soggy when you go over a bump in a straight line.

I'd still say it sounds like the shock\s

Try setting them in the middle and see what happens. I take it it only does it when trying to get grip.

this used to happen on my mr2 turbo, check the arm on the back suspension see if its bent at all as if its leaning inwards its causing bad camber

Think mine does this too, I think its the diff.

It bounces the back up and down if I proper boot it, also bounces as I go round a corner at 30mph or so. I've got Tein Drift Masters or something, and at the moment they're set as hard as they'll go. Fairly sure they're fine as they're not squidgy and the adjustment still works fine.

I haven't had the car aligned though, and the back wheels are in different directions, loads of toe in etc.

When it's sideways, it's fine!!
