damn engine mount boltage, ideas??

am in the middle of an engine transplant and found the engine mounts were pants and needing to be changed, took the passenger side off, it was mega tight but using brute force, pshycology, a scaffold bar and a frickin enormous hammer is gave in, now, the drivers side seems to be tough as a tough mans nuts can be,

I have tried :
tons of wd40
the old hot water/cold water technique
the tightening it up to undo it (it didnt move)
heating it till it glows
a torque wrench
4x 14mm sockets (now all perfectly round)
3x nut gouges (as above)
a 6 bar air wrench
an 8 bar impact gun
have burnt out 1 compressor
bent 2 extendable bars
bent 2 knuckle bars
broken a drimmel
cutting it out from above with a resipro saw

so, the nut is now round, so using a nut splitter and the resipro have cut 1/4 out of it and bashed frick out of it with a hammer and it still will not move!!

and before any one says yes i am turning it anti-clockwise

any ideas anyone????

Theres your problem, You need an engine lift not a bunch of bloody tic tac buddies!

Seriously though, I assume then if its hovering above the engine bay, you loosened the engine mount bolts from underneath? and were able to raise it that way? I would have suggested dropping the engine back into place and using a 14mm socket however i see that we are beyond that point now...............

Angle grinder? Or HUGE drill and drill the feckers out? done that a few times.

If the bolts fricked then just go with the chisel/grinder/drill thing if not, then drop engine back into place and loosen the bolt with the weight off it.

other way round, its the lower ones that are the problem, as i removed the top bolts, i'm thinking big drill, and if that fails engine fully out AGAIN, and grind the fricker to engine mount hell!

cut the rubber engine mount in half (get covered in silicone spunk) then angle grind/drill the stud out from the rear.
