Want to 5-stud a R32, which hubs can i use?

Simple question really, can I use S14 ones or do they have to be Skyline etc etc. I need to swap 4-stud ones on a 4-door R32 for 5-stud ones.

Same goes for the brakes, what cars can i get them from?

Thank-you-please
