changed oil in box today to find lots of filings stuck to drain plug syncro is quite badly worn on second and was thinking of upgrading box to 300zx

anyone no wot work is involved and cost and is this a worthwhile swap or should i just get another sr20 box?

get another box mate can pick them up for any thing between 100-200 pounds
