S14 steering rack in a R32 - Drifting forum

Fitted a S14 rack into my R32 today ,fitting was straight froward.
Had to make a spacer as the S14 rack is 45mm+ the R32 rack is 50mm so had to make up the difference so it would clamp on the left side.
Connected to inlet pipe using the standard r32 banjo + a extra copper washer.
Cut the outlet banjo off + used the S14 fitting + a rubber pipe pushed over the r32 steel p.s pipe.

The only problem I have now is the steering feels a bit too light.
Anyone else do this mod before or is there some kind of restrictor on a s14 ?
