My heart is saying, keep the e32 and rape it sideways So here we have it...my mind is telling me to get another 200sx or some description...but I now have a mint e32 730i AUTO sitting on my driveway and I must admit I fecking love it! SO...I'm gonna pimp it and drift it.... BUT I haven't taken this standard boat sideways yet, can anyone please help me on what is required to set this up nicely so it's a decent enough drifty mobile. Suspension and brakes...cool...I've got that sorted. I need help with engine and drivetrain, including options for drifty diffs etc. Can anyone recommend appropriate engine swaps? Or quality turbo conversion?....anything that's gonna give me stupid drifty powahs! ![]()

It's the truth, the e32 will require work to be any more than *slide off roundabout* "hehehe" , for example an LSD or welder and a manual box to make it streeto worthy, then ideally a 3.5 or bigger engine to help spin it up for proper streeto or occasional track use, then you'd be looking at proper stripping of the interior, a turbo'd or v12 engine etc, proper suspenson etc etc. Just have an e32 as a fun daily if you love it, and get a 200sx. As Bon said it's way too much £££ and effort for not a lot of result.

Its not a great starting point, a manual 735 is good for funny 18ft limo drifting, an auto 730 is gonna be harder. If you love it, pimp it on the road, laugh at your ability to take up the whole road in the wet.
