coilover measurements

I'v just got my coilovers like 3 days ago and everyday so far iv had to adjust them in one way or another.
Now' in the past i'v always measured the components of the coilovers,
the way i see it.... if your car is strate' making the coilovers the exact same should get it right first time, but noooo
my front drivers side seems to scrape a lil under tight left turns and when i had a look it's the under arch plastics....
Ok' well from there i did as everyone does and measured the wing to floor/ skurt to floor etc: etc:
From what i can see its about 15m out. 'drivers side front'
But again..... My car has a body kit so thos measurements are probably wrong anyways....
so what do i do? lol
where is the best place to measure from to make sure it is stop on?

I'd measure from the centre of the hub to the wheel arch, but someone else has probably got a better idea!

Yea but what do you do when the arch's are part of a body kit and made of 'fiberglass'?
and not perfecly strat.
If they where stock metal ones then yea'
you see my problem? lol
i need options..... i even thought of measureing from the seal but getting a ruler/tape measure under there is not easy and wont get a precise measurement.

Heres the car

Maybe a silly suggestion but are you sure its not your dampening rate? ifs its soft on one side it'll be hitting the body more.

Ah I see what you mean.

Maybe bumper off and measure from the front panel to the floor? You'd need a level ground though.

Park it on level ground and put a spirit level on the front panel?
