| as far as im aware you need to bolt them into the existing holes for your rear seat belts (im not even sure if thats totally safe) or to a rollcage, deffo not to a strut brace cos if the car folds from a rear impact the harness will go slack and you may die. | why have harnesses if you've still got rear seats ? or more to the point why still have rear seats if there's harnesses in the way ? anyway a decent bucket seat and normal seatbelt would hold you in enough. |

| ok... think a picture would help really. id of thought personaly, as long as they run reasonably straight back from the holes in the seat, and are actually bolted into something that holds them tight, you should be ok. simple test, try pulling them out. if they come out. youve failed! |

| stick up a photo of where they're bolted to as im not entirely sure where you've bolted them, but i'd say it doesn't sound safe at all, just ask yourself could the harness end up slack in an impact and if the answer is yes then there you have it. |

| nope that dont look safe to me. imagine you have a crash and your car ends up like this ![]() look how far forward the C pillar has been pushed forward at least 2 feet, now if thats in your car thats 2 feet of slack to the harness and your head flying 2 feet further foward into the steering wheel or windshield , nope deffinately not safe . |
