Welding help needed in Reading

I need to get my chassis rails welded up at the front onmy S13 where its been jacked up in the past as the drainage holes are wrecked and wont pass an MOT which is due on the 27th

Is there anyone in or local to Reading that would be willing to do this for me?
Failing that does anyone know of a reputable company that will do it without ripping me off?

Its such a shame about this as the rest of the car is in great shape, the rails arent rotten as such, just wrecked.

One side is borderline but the other the hole is rather large now, it definately wont pass.
No pics at the moment.
