Removing dash from 180sx/s13

Any one wish to give me some advice on the best way to go about taking the dash out of my 180sx. Ive got it loose down at the bottom but dont seem to see whats holding it at the top.

Anything in particular that is hidden e.g. bolts, anything to be careful about?

Thanks
Ryan

There is a vent rail that pops out (heater vent that blows up onto your screen) there is two 10mm headed bolts either side.

DIY:S13 Dash Removal With plenty of pictures.

Please keep in mind that this S13 being used is from a USDM model and may be slightly different than what you have. Camera is optional.

If anyone has EVER managed to get those little vents out the top of the dash WITHOUT snapping them into 100s of pieces......let me know, I need some

When an individual already knows how to remove the dash, sure it may take 20 minutes.

I knew the pictures would show the steering wheel on the wrong side. Did I not mention the S13 model being used was USDM?

Wouldn't it be easier to remove the steering wheel rather than drop the column down? i know that's how i do them on Audi's

i was intending takin the cage out to pain it, but have decided against. Im just going to mask up the dash and windows and spray the whole lot inside one colour.

Ive everything else removed bar the dash and cage.
