think my idal controll valve needs cleaning?

on my skyline r33 when its first start it in the morning from cold its ok until i set off and it drives fine but if i stop at say a junction it reves itself as if i was pumping the throttal? once its to perfect tempreture its fine a freind of mine thinks i need to clean the idal controll valve?

where is the idal controll valve and do i just soak it in petrol?

onto the inland manifold....spray it with carb and choke cleaner

Ours does it every now and again. Doesn't cause any problems though, I just blip the throttle and it settles down again.
