The one that was in there needed to have a code put in it.

The guys who said the could crack the code on any head unit, couldn't

take the jack from your headphones, wire it up to red and black on the RCA's.

I don't think anyone is going to come from there to mine.

Might just do jack's idea and convert an old pair of headphones.

basicaly under the passenger seat, i have one times amp.

then all i have is the original speaker wires extended to where they go into the back of the head unit, going into amp.

then to attach an ipod, literaly just a headphone jack to a red and white connector (seriously common, you can get them in tesco for £2) cant remember the techincal name.

then ipod on the dash, control it all from there.

thus leaving the din slot to fill with gauges/switches/helllo kitty cupholders etc.

frick converting headphones. tesco do the lead you require for £2, and any other place will probably sell them as well.

IIRC, you don't even need the amp. you can connect the ipod straight to the speakers.
