Imported my gz20 soarer (based on the mk3 supra) and it came with a set of 4 pot front calipers off another car. However the pads are close to their limit so need to find out what they are so I can get the appropriate pads.
They are Sumitomo 4 pots and have '8Y8' stamped on them.
    Has anyone seen them before?

Is it possible to be nissan s14/15 4 pots but with the nissan removed?
They have adapter brackets on them so they aren't an OEM fit to my car

S14 calipers are steel, so see if a magnet will stick.

Mate called round in his s15 today and they look identical. Will borrow one of his pads to see if it fits. Spent days looking at calipers online, hope they fit or il be back to OEM brakes

Yeh, they look just like cast s14/15 ones, which would make the discs 280mm
Most skyline ones are aluminium and have slightly softer, more curved edges. I have had both types on my s15 and these are the standard sbody ones

    Awesome max, cheers
Would be great if they were s15 brakes. Easy to get pads for

s14 s15 300zx r32 Subaru all use the same pads mate. 280mmx30mm discs. they look like steel s14/Subaru ones.

when you order pads tell them they are for a 200sx 1995-2001.

Got sorted, they're the nissan calipers. Thanks for your help guys :)

What are these calipers like, are they often upgraded to anything else?

You can fit some Alloy ones, 300ZX or Skyline GTS-T.

IIRC the Skyline ones use a larger disc as well.

the 300zx/r32 gtst alloy calipers are a bit physically bigger. r33gtst/r32 gtr use bigger discs/calipers from memory they are 296mm

    all vented discs.

the calipers are ok they stand upto a bit of track work with decent pads discs fitted.
