Either fit the wheel direct to the hub, or use a quick release spacer.
These are available for most popular models of car, if you can't see the one you want, just ask and we'll get it in - note these aren't currently available for Skylines, but we're working on an alternative
These hubs include wiring for your horn, but they are fairly basic, so don't include cancelation modules for airbags if they're fitted which means your airbag light on the dash won't go out.
Tip - when taking your old wheel off, undo the large central nut, then put it back on a couple of turns before trying to get the wheel off. This should save you from giving yourself a broken nose when it does come loose...
