Update on shipping 27/01/2020

DPD has now resumed EU deliveries, but are still struggling with EU customs. We're doing everything we can to ease the issues, but we're seeing a large volume of parcels coming back to us with no explanation.
We apologize for the inconvenience, this is as frustrating for us as it is for you lot, thanks for sticking with us.

If you have placed an order with us in 2020 that has not yet shipped, please look out for an Email from us, as it contains some important information regarding your tax and duty.

**************************************************************************************************************

On the 1st Jan 2021 the UK left the EU, this has brought about some changes in the way we can distribute products from the UK into the EU.

Our EU customers are important to us, and the new trade agreement unfortunately does not benefit our industry or our customers.

What does this mean for now:

We will no longer be charging TAX on orders shipped into the EU.

This means that the prices you see will either be 20% lower if you are viewing in your own currency, or will reduce by 20% at the checkout if you are viewing the UK site in £.
Tax still needs to be paid at your local rate, but this will not be taken by Driftworks at the time you place your order.

Duty and Tax will be collected by the courier firm.

Duty will be charged on items that are manufactured outside of the UK/EU. This figure changes depending on the country and may be subject to change over time.
No Duty will be charged on UK/EU products such as Wisefab, Nardi, KW, DW Merch
When your product ships the courier company (most likely DPD) will contact you requesting the tax and any duties are paid to them.

Rest assured that we are actively working on new ways of supporting our customers and trading within the EU, but this may take time to implement.
