    Yo what's up people I just moved to the UK and I'm looking for a first car i want something i slide around a bit for fun. I can't get the MX5 because I'll need a car that seats at least 4 people. i know insurance here is a lot more crazy then back in the states i eventually want to get an s13 but for now i need a POS car really any pointers or suggestions?

    whatever BMW e36 you can afford, starting at 4 cylinder POS for 300 quid, upto 3k+ plus for an M3.

    How old are you? Insurance isn't too bad for people in their late 20s upwards

    Im 18 i do have experience driving in Florida i had a 2002 Subaru WRX but i don't like them that much so i left it stock the only reason i had it was that it was handed down.

    In the UK its hard at 18. Volvo 360 in my opinions the best bet.

    2litre, 1ton, and rear wheel drive.

    i've been looking at 340's and 360's, but would it be cheap on insurance?

    i moved because my family is here in the UK. I have no family back in the states. i wanna be around to support you know. plus things were going to shit back in florida anyway including the gang violence and shootouts it was ridiculous on and around my street.

    shit man, sounds bad! im currently looking at moving to california but the only thing that concerns me is crime!

    yeh and like everyone else says, insurance is a killer here at such a young age! will just have to have a look at quotes online!
