As per title really folks, whos done it? I want to run an external watsegated 3071r and the .63 a/r with a 3" v-band only comes in T3 fitment Pros of going T3? Cheers
high end power, less torque, bigger lag and spool, shortly, your car will not be so violent at low rpm, insted it will rev up to 9k while pulling hard ...my opinion is, it's great for circuit, drag and high speed drifting...it wil be harder on low speed drifting, touge drifts and hillclimbs (races with sharp corners) cuz you need to cick the clutch alot...That's just my opinion
Ok Im not sure people understand what Im doing so, I want to run a 3071r in external state because I dont want surge issues with an internal wastegate version My options are; #1 .63 a/r 4in inlet on comp side and 3in v/band on exhaust side on a T3 flange #2 .63 a/r 4in inlet on comp side and 2.5in v/band/4 bolt on exhaust side on a T25 flange I do not mind chopping up a manifold to suit if the end result was worth it
