    Not much done recently!:S


    I had to get another hole saw to get me going again, since they seem to last no time for me i said id stock up!:p

    After getting these i started to remake the rear of the mini, i wasn't really happy wit the way it was so i cut that out and started again. its not finished yet but will be tomorrow. this is the progress i have made so far.

    started by making captive nuts to bolt the diff to,

    yes i no the bottom of them are not exactly round but this is before i ground them down.:)

    there will be quite alot more tubes around the diff when finished, wait and see!:p

    Right im back again with an update.

    I have most of the rear chassis done and most of the diff cage/mounting points done.

    Yes i no it looks like its all crooked but thats just because the diff is offset like all diff's!:)


    What i need next is a few jose joints to make my rear arms, and also im after running out of tube again!

    Not too sure when il update next but it should be in about a week.

    OK, this is freaking awesome, originallity is crazy. but a questions on your seats. Wouldn't it make more sence to mount the driver on the left, away from the exhaust and turbo to keep the heat down? just a theory, i don't really know much about high performance engines.

    true, i do love my RHD. I drove a LHD once and pulled open the door instead of the hand brake lol, good thing it was auto.

    Oh mate, i take it thats a full resta jobbie? So your have 2 amazing Minis.

    Use to own a full race straight cut 1380 on a 45, loved it!!

    Please finish this one though, it will own everything!!!!
