Not been to Snetterton before and after looking at the website and reading the "more info" bit I have a couple o Q's; do they really noise test every car b4 the day starts? And do they jump in every car for a sighting lap? Cheers!
Every car is tested for noise static, and cars are monitored throughout the day as they drive by. On the trackdays you just follow the safety car for a few laps in groups
As above. Just to add, the SIGHTING LAP is exactly that!!!!!!!!! Some drivers last time insisted on DRIFTING during the sighting laps. SERIOUSLY... you have all day to do that. I even see two drivers SPIN OUT on the sighting laps! bla ha ha... twats.
Talked to snet this morning. We have 13 spaces left so tell your friends and book in. Can I also ask all those that have book in to make sure they have sent in the list of spectators to snetterton by the 20th of march Looking forward to catching up with every one on the 30th Thanks
Hmm. Getting worried I won't have enough in time to get last car parts I need and make payment but really want to do this, probably be the only drift day I do this year too...
I want to get booked in for this but i need to noise test my car first. I've been told maplin sell a decibel meter, does anyone know how accurate these are? I dont want to book it if my car is going to fail the noise test...
possibly attending as a passenger with the loose crew however am crewing with the drag car that weekend i believe. cant be at both
