I also find it funny , if you had spent 15-20 k on some jap rwd car that you drift into things every weekend you'd be hailed a hero , but because you've built something different and take pride and care in doing bits to it and driving it people seem to want to take digs , fair enough to the people that understand the engernerring ,time and money that would go into a build like this , but it just seems like theres to many keyboard warriors out that want to take the piss out of something that's different to the norm

I think this is why I posted the car, it's just gonna annoy a lot of people mainly because a family car can smoke there's in a straight line or the corners

But just to clarify to the deluded bunch, didn't say once that mine is like a WRC car, just that the Focus is a great car to start with, FACT!

As for the Supra Focus, that car is immense, but it wasn't at Gatebil to have a good look last year. Will do this year though, but not good in a straight line unfortunately or the corners, it's just purely for sideways whether the driver tries to or not  awesome machine!

Sure a pal of mine showed me a picture of this car. You didn't buy a set of wheels or tyres from a lad named Marty up in Buxton at any point over the last year or so did you?

Either way its an awesome bit of kit!

He didn't build it and it doesn't get drifted, this is what people are trying to say.

Yeah right Slamz  The shell was converted by Andrew Gallacher Motorsport, that much is obvious and always has been nor have I hidden it. The rest is me pal ;)

    @ simonlpearce

Yes mate, bought some tyres off him. Those died within a few laps on Anglesey Track

Its not "people" though, its a guy who bitches about anything that isnt a Corolla and a guy who claims his own build thread has been fucked up from people asking questions, but is quite happy to shit all over someone elses. Ironic huh? :D

This car is awesome, but Ive just had to change my pants after seeing the black one, its gorgeous

You implied that you had built it yourself for the first 4 pages, it was only when somebody else posted up the link for the original build that you admitted you bought it after it had been converted. The link to the other build thread then started all the bitching and whining.

I dont think anybody cares that its not Japanese, I really dont, and everybody loves some crazy engineering especially with a cosworth engine.

What does annoy people is that you said you built it but you didnt and you say you drift it but you dont. Im sure you've had "a dab of oppo" on your track days but if this car was seen in front of a wall of smoke on any track then there would be a load of pictures of it.

If you had just been honest from the start and said you bought the car from AG and you like to do track days but dont really drift it, then you probably would not have had anywhere near as much shit.

Ive said my bit now, keep up the hard parking.

How the f*ck has he nailed it when he has no proof whatsoever?!?! Yes I bought the shell converted from AG, like countless others have done in the past. I've never denied it nor have I lied about it. You think the rest of the build just happened?!?! Jeez get over yourself and your hatred of me, because the fact is, it does get tracked, it does get used to drift or I wouldn't have driven all the way to f*cking Norway to the biggest event in Europe if it didn't interest me more than just watching videos on Youtube!!! But the truth is, I really couldn't give a rats ass about what people think in the long run, but do care when class A knobs tar my name and fabricate their own facts when they have no proof. You think people care about a Focus drifting so much that they need to take photos of it?!? Who cares, I don't. Its not a ground breaking momentous moment that needs to be documented. I rather watch cars on track than take pics and I bet thousands of others do too. Get over it!

I was at Gatebil last year.

Also 10 minutes on Passionford will show you neither bought this as a shell or from AG.
