Nice to see a project that'll keep kids interested :) shame we didn't have a lot of this when i was younger. Could try some fundraising at car shows?

This is really really good stuff mate, I wish you the bestest of luck with it all, the Kids are lucky to have this oppertunity and support.

Both wheels look ideal, a friend recently bought the top example and it looks like good quality build.

This is a superb idea, I wish you all the best with this. I've got no parts to donate! I'd get off my arse and do a sponsored fun run or something I guess.
Love the fact the emphasis is on team work from build and beyond, when they get out there you could have a list of challenges / prizes, longest drift, biggest angle most spins etc..

This is such a great idea, totally jealous that there wasn't anything like this when I was younger, or even now!

As previously said, real world knowledge and skills are being learned with this project and no doubt a love of cars.

It’s been a while without an update (we’ve been closed for Easter). We have had some more bits arrive

We gave them a break from stripping sound deadening for their first solo project. They had to work out how to and fit the new steering wheel.

We have also been working on sponsorship side (if you are reading this and would like to sponsor us please get in touch :D). Our first effort will be to get the car to some local events, so far we have a couple of local fairs and Tesco generously have agreed to let us display the car there on a Saturday and collect donations. Also 2 Royal Welsh (Armoured Infantry) are going to help us transport the car so massive thanks to them.

Today we are running a day session we are hoping to get coilovers fitted, and whatever else we have time for.
