This is SkidRisks first weekender of 2013, we have big changes for this year starting with the introduction of play pens meaning the event is now suitable for beginners and advanced drivers. With the extra room available we are now offering 50 places for the day. This will also include an ODC round. This year we won't reserve places without payment due to people not turning up last year. Gates open at 8am, track opens straight after the driver briefing at 9am.Play pens with free pointers or payable one to one tuition (please speak to tutors) Free practice from 09:00-15:30, ranging from 2 cars for intermediate driver, right upto 9 cars at one time. Competition starting from 16:00 with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tyre van with all sizes available, quick changes. Snack van on site all day long with brilliant food. Car rental available. Hot laps for spectators to get a personal experience. Rules Helmets must be worn (full or open face). No panels or parts hanging off. Seat belts or harnesses must be worn. Windows or nets must be in use. Wristbands must be visible or ready to check. Car rental . We have fully set up and capable 328 BMW's available for rental for £250 a day, for that you get the car, entry, full tank of fuel and 4 skid rims with tyres. Competition format Competition will be twinning format and open to all, but will incorporate the ODC round for drivers. Just out of interest is/will there be any security at night ? I know drift alstars has some "security guards" last year at their event
Just checking that this is on the 4th and 5th rather than the mentioned 5th and 6th? Guess so being as its a weekender but just want to be sure as I may do both days. Thanks.
