^ I wondered this too as if need to do a quick tyre change would like to go back out and make the most of my session.
Lez i love the day but if they change to 5 groups its bang out off order on all the other 100 drivers that have already booked and paid, i paid well over a month ago for this and it clearly says max off 100 cars running 4 groups, how can they change this with only a few days to go !! If it said 5 groups i wouldn't have bothered and would have booked snett instead, with 5 groups we will have to wait a hour between runs instead off 45mins And if its not about greed will they share the extra £2500 they will make between the 100 so everyone gets £25 refund ?
I've just been told there going to be running another group! That's taking the piss!! Not happy at all :-(
...meh So 12 minute sessions? One car in the gravel and you may as well head straight back to the pits
Just to add- The extra group will be a bag of mixed drivers! Its not a problem generally; but with 25 cars on track it will be.
WTF!!! proper piss take, Lydden is becoming a joke........ if you book l8 that's your problem book earlier next time!!! All the people who have booked we should all ring up and say no to the 5th group!

There will be a 5th group and only 7 sessions so thats down from 8 sessions normally isn't it? Which means a loss of seat time. How can they say you won't lose seat time is beyond me......
If u have a complaint please call lydden to voice it. It's no good doing waiting til after the event to do it
Might mean an end to Lydden for me. Yeh great more people get to skid, which i'm all for, but yes, its affecting pre booked and paid peoples seat times. I would rather chance a saturday at pod...
Standin around for an hour just so you can go skidding for ten mins ain't drifting go back to open pit lane because people are only out for ten after that they have to come in change tyres and it sorts it's self out within about an hour or so, also some on needs to copy and paste this to lyddens wall so they can see it it's all good us ranting about it on hear but if lydden don't see it it gets us no wear.
