After 9 years in the drifting wilderness I'm finally very close to getting back to doing what I love the most...just getting funds together and will be getting a car to hopefully pick up where I left off... I'm very curious to see if anybody from back in the day is still at it..names that spring to mind are Dave and Julie, Barky, Tom, Paz, Ratdat, Hashiriya, 20Vwill, Jackadoodledoo, Guishnu, Stig, Mitch..er...there's loads of faces I can remember but not names. I don't need to ask how Phil, James and Mitto are doing :-) Is James Wolstenholme still around? I know I could do a forum search but a trip down memory lane would be better! Who went to gt battle at Rockingham? How about Rotorstock? OPT D1 at Snetterton? Great days.
Almost all of them are still alive, and aside from a few most still drift. Julie and Stig still compete, JC lives in Japan, Mitch is currently in Kazakhstan, and Mitto plays with toy cars.
Eddy Ratdat seems to have disappeared and so has Maz/Hashiriya, Jackadoodledoo has stopped drifting, Guishnu got all bearded and also stopped drifting, Will got locked up (we can hope anyway) TBH theres not a lot who were there back in the day that are still doing it, at least not without some kind of job related to it

Kenny has reappeared recently I think, Steve Carter now shoots airguns rather than actually drive his car but remains hobbitlike and bearded, the guy with the pink S13 was Simon Thorpe/Yeager who now lives in San Francisco with his wife and kids and Sammy joined the Navy (seriously) and lives underwater I believe If were going down that road Steve Dunn from D:Mong emigrated to Australia, Jason is still around but doesnt drift , Matt_S is still just , Lex still runs DWYB at Pod but doesnt get involved with much else, Bladerider got fatter, then thinner, then fatter again. Anyone else?
Sam didn't last long in the Navy if I remember right, and he's a personal trainer now, oddly. As you been away so long, this one will be fairly new to you too... Remember Julian Smith's little brother Walton won GT Battle in that shitbox P100 pickup? Well he's still around too, has competed with some sucess and runs a tuning company, Nispro, who do pretty well too.
Long time no see mate! Is that the same corolla with a lick of paint or a new one? It looks the dogs :-) always liked them and I'm looking for a skidder as we speak....I could be swayed if I see the right 86. Do you get to do much drifting?
This is my 5th.. lol. I still get to do a bit, but i'm mid build on this 86 so im missing out at the moment. Its a shame you missed the Mallory Park Era dude, i reckon we had 2 years of Open Pitlane Drifting, held every month, constant driving lol..
