Hi mate, I have Macht Schnell floor mounts, they basically bolt to the floor, they then have loads of threaded holes (Google "Macht Shell floor mounts") then you bolt your generic side mounts to these floor mounts. Drop me a message, I will get you pics of the mounts.

Bump, a fair bit has sold, but still a good selection of bits left. I also found a brand new metal thermostat housing + brand new thermostat I forgot about, so I will get pics and put up a price on the weekend. I've had a fair few emails regarding the Macht Schnell, I am in no rush to sell so I am not willing to go down in price (but you know they are cheap, if you look at Turner Motorsport at the price...per side). Macht Schnell Seat Floor Adapters - E36, E46, E85 (New - Attempted Install) - Turner Motorsport They were made for E46's originally, but can be adapted to fit E36's (read link above) but they were already done so by previous owner. They also fit Z4's too.
