Most of the rot has been cut out and the fun modifications are underway At the beginning {} {} Parts bought {} {} Work begins {} {} New floors, inner and out sills {} New kick panels and plates galore {} Doors repaired {} {} {} {} Back arches on {} New chassis going in {} {} Front crossmember in (note wider chassis rails) {} Chassis doesn't meet now as it's wider {} {} Strut tower support cut to allow for inner wing to be bent out to widen the chassis {} Rear chassis raised to clear the new rear crossmember {} Floor also raised {} New strengthener to take the mounting points of the new S chassis crossmember {} The holes in the floor at the mountings points for the rear crossmember {} Rear inner tubs {}
That is some serious amount of restoration and modifying work there! Love the wheel choice, I do have a think for those style rotas.
It's looking better everyday now... Engine sourced Back arches finished and windows filled in with side panel. Tubs getting welded up Inside Spoiler getting lined up
LOL... Just joking with the spoiler. heh heh. I'll be keeping the metal console part of the dash and using the dash top, but I'll be changing the clocks
