R.E. Matchams - It's good for a laugh, but you're a brave man if you try and drift the back corners, those potholes are a nightmare. the faster three corners are good fun though! Did an evening there a while ago. It's true, you learn a lot more at an event in a much shorter space of time than you do on the street. less risk, less to hit, more confidence.

    Edit - double post

IMO if you find a spot you keep that shit secret, you don't want loads of people rinsing it and ruining it for you!

2 hour drive and gearbox dies at buxton ..... or try being 5 hours away from home at driftland with your front end split open, then tell me you got it hard....

Fyi 2 hours post event fixed and drove home, this is drifting.

Keep it to the track! Learn more and safe

i wanna give the big track at matchams a try, is it just a case of turning up on the night and saying you wanna drift? when ive asked the marshals before theyve said its pro drifting at the top track but i dont have much real drifting experience . also dont fancy smashing my car too bad on the oval track?

Is that from Fareham? If so... fuck you drive slow!

Driftland also takes me about 7.5 hours from Exeter. 2 hours isn't a long trip at all to do some skids.

Quit this bullshit and just book a pod drift day.. 100% THE BEST place to learn round here.. Make sure you get someone that knows what you're doing to jump in the car with you. Then move on to machamas/roundabouts/whatever

#likeaboss! Thumbs up to you dude! This is what i'm planning on doing next year. Keep off the streets if you want to keep driving that for sure! You lucky your not as far south as us, we have no tracks now in the south!

Im trying to see if North Weald Motorsport (North Weald airfield) can help out the south by replicating what Santapod has, long shot but worth a go.
