Hi all, i thought i would share my ae86 4agte Trueno project/restoration. I have had this car for 1yr now, starting off with a rusty bucket of poop... The Wheel arches were non-existent, there was bog in the wrong places, rusty panels everywhere, and it was missing alot of parts. But now as I'm typing this, it is getting lathered in a coat of paint..! The day i got it i started to create videos on bits that i was working on. 86 is home, and mostly back together. The exterior is all done, and the interior has had a much needed clean. Also the interior parts got some love in the form of some fabric spray paint.. {} {} {} {} {} {} {}

ae86 went off to get Re-registered this week. Certification is Saturday, and hopefully that goes well and i will have a fully road legal ae86.
The day came to finally get the ae86 all Road legal.! I now have the Certification plate attached, and i have Rego and Plates. So happy to have it at this stage, and i can now just go and drive it!! {} {} I also tried on the old rims that have the Semi slicks on them, to see what they would look like.. Doesnt look to bad, but not a huge fan of the white on black... Thoughts.??? {} {} {}
Yea that could possible work, i was actually all along planning on painting these a dark bronze, not super keen on the white. Also annoying to keep clean being white, haha.
Sounds strange, but strip them right back and paint the centres silver and polish the lips Gunmetal or gold centres also looks good on mesh
