No, not for an MOT at least. Also worth noting that the registration cost quoted above includes 12 months tax. You can put it on the road with 6months for less.

If you are in Ireland we can ship to Dublin and the car can't be registered untill it arrives. Payment is by Bank Transfer to us in Tokyo.
