Just come back from another EPIC weekend at Norfolk Arena, Got some good seat time and had loads of fun!

Car understeered a touch and the pics show bad body roll, so coilovers have been bumped up the list a bit :)

Plans are now to keep this and slowly get it to spec with more power, some good coilies and a cage :D

all this will take time on my budget though :(

atm its just the balance between seat time, and upgrades....

    anyways, heres some pics :)

erm i was running 175/65/14 on a 14x7 lol but only as they were free.... Normally 185,55's

The tyres were fine with tread but didnt have the grip to catch me on the fast bits when they were bald....

Power wise its a 1.8l with a filter and de-cat/exhaust system... So what 130bhp?

Erm, as you probably know handbrake's on the mx5 are gayer than the cars image, so i didn't bother really, i did use some hard breaking to 4 wheel slide the car wider a bit after initiating to stop me taking it too tight...as the tighter line ment i bogged down as the corner tightend (and smashed the clipping point :D)

Was so much fun! and with a bit more power and coilies i think it would be awesome...

Also thinking of getting a tiny box trailer to take my wheels so i dont have to try getting them in other peoples cars...

Bump with a picture i dug up from norfolk, and a small up date.

Ive got a hydro arriving tomorrow, which im hoping will give the rear calipers the kick they need to lock up...
And Ive just bought Emanage blue with a 02sensor and map sensor so i can fit it and get used to tuning it before i get the turbo bolted on :D

    So its slowly taking shape...

So ive had a different front bumper sitting in the shed for a while, and someone offer to paint it for me so i had it out today for a trial fit.
its growing on me, I HATED it at first, but i think its the colour clash. fitment was shit, but after bending my car and grinding the fiberglass, its fits(ish).

itll be painted this week, and will probably be smashed at norfolk :wack:

ats's are coming back out the shed too and getting a satin black treatment :D

the side holes are now cut out ;)

I saw it on your fb and wasnt an immediate fan and i have to say it has slightly grown on me. Paint would make a big difference i think and having cut out those pockets will help as well.

Yea, the holes make a little differnce. but tbh it will be make or break paint time...

If i don't like it im sure someone will buy it, but im hoping it will blend in and look a lot more subtle when its painted/fitted better
