Hello. Excuse my poor english. I search "Punchestown" in Google Maps and I find a "mini-town" near Naas: Is this city? i can't find the circuit, where is it ?! I search on "irish railway webpage" and i don't find a train to Naas or Punchestown, do you know if exist this train? or any way to arrive. Thanks.
this is just the name of the racecourse i think. its where they hold the horse racing. its not far from nass not sure if theirs a train station in nass its easy to find with a sat nav but its in the middle of nowhere as far as i can remember but a real good day out for the prodrift good track
yea, you would, no trains to punchestown, you would have to get a train/bus then grab a taxi if you wanted to.
By the time you get a bus into the city, a train to Naas and a taxi to Punchestown, it'd surely be cheaper to rent a car ?
That also! In in fri afternoon to the port if it was any use to give a lift to the track, also not far from Dublin Airport
The postmen in Naas a right comedians. I asked one if he knew where Punchestown was. "Yes" he said. and smiled. "would ya be wanting me to tell you where it is??" Did make me laugh.
