Love this idea, but... Why you going for a fancy Tial V-band job? You can get the badass Sport Quattro manifolds now as remakes for not much cash and T3 flange, job done and never crack as they cast. Only 1bar seems madness too, if there's one thing the 20V can do, even on stock internals, is handle decent boost. At 1bar it will be pretty tame, boost = torque.

Bit of box arching going on there, and some nice white paint and you could get away with the rally/track Audi look and the deep dish wellas would sit well on her then Interested in seeing the outcome of this Jono
20v`s can take 1.6 bar easy and 2 if your lucky. my mates one only blew up when it was fully loaded in fourth at over 30psi. it did go bang in a big way though.
The spoert q mani is upwards of £700, unless you know something. I can get a custom one made for that. I might go for the Ebay one and cut and weld vband flanges and brace it ,
this is a great alternative rwd car, and such an unsuspecting looking car too! and you could even pop the front shafts back in for the winter! looks a good all rounder this, lots of want going on here

Just need to pull the car off the road for a week or 2 now to fit the arches,and have them painted body colour.

Also has i've seen nothing about stopping power upgrades. I've got some twin pot's kicking about off a later 90 20vq, I was going to use these on a coupe I 10v turboed , can't remember what would need to be modified though as it was a while ago.
