Yes the day is going ahead 100% we will have a tyre van however no spare rubber.

If you're bringing your own spare tyres then you'll be sorted.

The owner clearly doesnt like drifting, driftcars or drifters, even if you've prebooked 10 months in advance, have 140 odd people coming and paid not far shy of 5 figures for it. He also sees nothing wrong with moving goalposts on the day of an event, sometimes actually in the drivers briefing.

Great venue, track is actually really good for drifting as it happens (and he did mention that Phil Morrison was a "lovely bloke") but Im not going to say any more other than I really wouldnt bother.

That's a huge shame! As the track is pretty cool and my local. I will just have to drive to another proper track when the time comes.

    Thanks for the replys

To be fair I was the car behind you when you did your "u turn" and it was a cheeky as fuck dick move so a reprimand was fair enough. although an out and out ban was a bit over the top. As doc said the goalposts were moved a lot for drifters on the day had you not recieved a fair few black flags?

was a big shame for the drifters though as things were just made harder and harder until he stopped the drifting for no reason at all.

No I don't think Adam got any black flags, Ye he shouldn't of turned round n jumped the que, maybe send him to the back but not ban him for the day.

I however was the wanker getting black flagged left right and center, owner had it in for me the minute I politely questioned why he'd totally changed the format of the day in the briefing.

Ye I had it a little bit sideways a few times in the grip sessions but the reasons he was giving me for the flags were ridiculas!

This is exactly what the owner of our only track is like. Blanket ban on drifting because it puts black marks on the track.

The rally boys in their old mk2's seem immune to his shit.

You were fucking quick TBF mate, all the drifters were faster in the wet than the grippers.
