Next one im bending as much as possible from one sheet to minimize welds. Ive got about 21 foot worth of weld beads on this thing.

I need opinions. Should the gas filler cap be in the stock location or in the bed floor? If its in the stock location its going to have to be recessed about 5 inches to clear the bed when the bed opens. If its in the bed floor its will be awkward to fill and may be in the way when i have stuff in the bed. Either way kinda sucks.

Mod the bed slightly on the right side (Shorten the front corner a few inches) then bring it up between the cab and the bed, then graft what you cut off back on under the filler neck so when the bed is down you will end up with a door shut gap between the section on the fuel neck and the lifting part of the bed ;)

I'm going to be running a traction arm to prevent axle wrap. Similar to a pinion snubber.

Built a front mount setup for a mk4 Jetta instead of working on the truck.

Should be building the cage for the cab this week. Might be doing a dash swap also.
