maybe speak to MJG or JohnJ who run the driftone days. They hold awesome run days and could do it legitimately with all the nessecary insurance etc etc
Why don't you - Go to events section See who organises events See who organises events near to essex Contact them Does the land owner know what you want to hire it for? There looks to be a few houses dotted about - have they run motorsport events at this location before? Because those people are bound to have some concerns. When will you be going to have a look? Are there any facilities there? Toilets? Its all very well hiring the place out for one day, but thats very different from it becoming a practice day venue - tyre delam shite all over the place, general litter, people behaving like idiots on the way to / from the venue, making loads of noise all day and all the unfortunate health and safety / council shite will be a big hurdle to overcome.
