can you turn up on the Friday and drift or do you have to book, is it just for people that have not done buxton before?
Tom, are you thinking of going on the friday? also is your phone still on the blink, and are you out tonight? Is the friday open for people who used to be a competent drifter, but it's been so long since since they've completed a lap of buxton, because their car hates them, that they might need tuition so they don't get lost and make a tit of themselves on the saturday? lol

Hi all Sorry that my first comment brings bad news to those couple of drivers wishing to take part in the practice day on Friday. I have a Stunt show on Friday 19th April so i will not be able to offer this date to Driftone. Future Fridays are available through JohnJ, please get in touch with him. With regards camping on Friday night this is still available however, if you enter the stadium before 9/9.15pm then a cost may be incurred due to the stadium being rented out to Extreme Events Europe. I have contacted them and they have said that after about 9pm the gates can be opened to allow people to camp. Don't worry they will all be gone at 8.30am so Drifting Saturday will not be affected. However what i would suggest is making a real weekend of it with two nights in the famous Buxton Bar. I will be opening the catering and Bar for the Stunt show and the bar will stay open till late. The stunt show starts at 7.30pm and gates open at 6.30pm. Also another note is that people bringing there own drink will not be allowed to drink this within the bar. A few of you have asked whether we can get any discount on tickets for the stunt show on the Friday evening, the answer unfortunately is no. I'm sorry but it's only fair, the stunt guys have paid their rent and need to get money in. But on the bright side it's only £12 per adult and looks to be a good show.
tyres will be coming to this event for the 2 days could bring about 50 tyres ranging from 13s to 18s mostley 15s 17s 18s could also be someone fitting them all weekend if theres any intrest let me know cheers
