basically found a cheap 2.0 DOHC granada, how would it respond to being stripped with welded diff as a first drifter?

Heavy , underpowered , naff steering from stock , it would be hard work but would teach you how to get the most out of it , might be a little frustrating at times!

for £295 I'd buy it, weld it, drift it until it dies and sell the parts off on a ford forum! Can't see too well from the one photo but it looks like it's in good condition as well

A few years ago you could pick up 24V ones for £400! How times change. Worth every penny though; probably get £175 scrap! Those DOHC engines go alright. In a Sierra with 4 people you can just about 'do a skid' :D

its a sierra with a little more weight, strip it out, stiff springs in the rear and a welded diff and it will go pretty well.

got one my self but running a 2.5td

    EDIT:
They have sierra running gear but have 5 x 112 hubs.
